Today id like to share some layouts of an amazing trip my sister Angela and I took to Nashville in June 2004 for the country music fanfare event. We have been die hard country fans for years so this was like a dream come true for us to be able to attend this event.
I have 100s of Nashville photos but chose a select few to scrap and show you in this posting.
This first one shows Nashville skyline, the banks, CMT building, Tootsies downtown and hard rock cafe.
This layout is of some of the famous buildings that we visited on our trip.
The Grand Ole Opry - home of country music, The Hall of Fame and the Ryman.
We were lucky enough to see Keith Urban in the Ryman as he was having his fan club party.
My old Beanie collecting friend Diane from Indiana drove to Nashville to meet up with us and was staying at the same hotel. On this day we went to Opry Mills shopping centre as its car park also houses the bank area where the steamer moors so we couldn't resist taking a trip on the boat down the Mississippi.
Our main reason for visiting Nashville was obviously for the festival. We registered in the Gaylord centre and got all our day/evening passes. The main concert events took place down on the riverside and in the Titans stadium. During the day there were meet and greets in the convention centre where i got to meet up with some of my absolute fav artists - Billy Dean, Tracy Byrd, Lonestar, John Berry, Marty Stuart to name only a few - WOW what a fantastic experience the whole thing was and one day would like to go again.
I hope you like what i have created.
Awesome layouts!! Love the papers you chose for them all.
